Below we have outlined our terms and conditions regarding to payment, delivery and returns.
Sale items can be returned for exchange but not refunded.
All of the products on this site are produced to the highest quality and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 7 days (14 days for International orders), unworn, complete with all original tags, and in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.
Payment Information
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Swith and Solo. We do not accept American Express. All transactions carried out on this site are processed in real-time using 128BIT industry standard encryption. You can verify this by checking that the padlock appears on your browser window (in the bottom right, depending on the browser) on the payment page of this web site.Postage & Packing Information
We ship via DHL courier, this can take 1-2 days. Tracking information can be supplied on request once the item(s) have shipped.
Postage and Packing on all UK orders is charged at a flat rate of £3.95.
Shipping on international orders is calculated by weight. The shipping value for your country will be displayed on the shopping basket page when you are logged in (you must be logged in so that the system knows which country you are based in).Our Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please e-mail info@trainerspotter.com within 2 hours of having placed the order, otherwise the order will have shipped and the company can't be responsible for the return postage.Sale items can be returned for exchange but not refunded.

When returning goods please print off the receipt received upon purchase via e-mail and write on reverse your request for either a refund or exchange, if requesting an exchange please indicate what for.
When you return your goods you must ensure that they are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service/ insured as Trainerspotter cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
